Easy Spin Rider - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Easy Spin! By joining as a rider, you agree to the following:

1. Rider Partnership

  • Easy Spin connects customers with delivery riders through the app.
  • You provide pickup and delivery services for laundry orders.
  • You are an independent rider, not an employee or agent of Easy Spin.

2. Registration & Account

  • Provide accurate personal details, ID, and vehicle info.
  • Easy Spin may verify your documents and approve or reject your registration.
  • Keep your account, availability, and vehicle info up to date.

3. Orders & Service

  • Customers place orders via the Easy Spin app.
  • Accept orders only if you can complete them safely and on time.
  • Handle all items carefully.
  • In case of loss or damage of customer items due to your negligence, you may be held responsible and charged 10× the service fee of the affected item as per Easy Spin rules.
  • If an item is spoiled during delivery, a penalty may be applied, and the rider may be charged a service fee for that particular item.

4. Payments & Earnings

  • Your earnings, including commission deductions, will be credited according to the app’s payment schedule.
  • Payment details, deductions, and schedules will be shared during onboarding.

5. Conduct & Safety

  • Follow traffic rules and ride safely at all times.
  • Be professional and courteous with customers.
  • Misconduct, repeated complaints, or unsafe behavior may lead to penalties or removal from the platform.

6. Vehicle Requirements

  • Your vehicle must be legally registered, insured, and in good condition.
  • You are responsible for any fines, penalties, or damages incurred while riding.

7. Branding & Use

  • Use Easy Spin branding (stickers, uniforms) responsibly if provided.
  • Do not misuse Easy Spin’s name, logo, or customer information.

8. Termination

  • You may stop working on the platform anytime, but pending orders must be completed.
  • Easy Spin may suspend or remove riders for fraud, misconduct, or rule violations.

9. Confidentiality

  • Keep all customer and company information private.
  • Do not share or use data for personal purposes.

10. Jurisdiction

  • Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Udaipur, Rajasthan.

11. Changes

  • Easy Spin may update these terms anytime. Continued use of the app means you accept the new terms.
