By placing an order or using Easy Spin Laundry services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Service Definition
Easy Spin Laundry provides professional laundry, dry cleaning, steam ironing, wash & fold, shoe cleaning and related garment care services.
2. Customer Agreement
Using our services confirms that you accept these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
- Provide correct name, phone number and delivery address
- Remove cash, valuables and personal items from pockets
- Ensure garments are suitable for normal laundry or dry-cleaning
Easy Spin Laundry is not responsible for items left inside garments.
4. Service Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse:
- Clothes with hazardous, flammable or harmful substances
- Items with severe stains, mold, or damage
- Articles that may damage machines or pose safety risk
5. Pricing & Payment
- Prices may vary from store to store depending on location, operating costs, and service type.
- The final price applicable will be the rate communicated by the servicing Easy Spin Laundry store at the time of order.
- Full payment must be made before or at the time of delivery.
- Once services are completed, payments are non-refundable.
- Taxes, pickup & delivery charges, express service fees, or special handling charges (if applicable) will be added to the bill.
6. Pick-Up & Delivery
- Orders are collected and delivered as per the scheduled time confirmed by the servicing Easy Spin Laundry store.
- Standard delivery time may vary from store to store based on location, workload, and operating hours.
- Express or priority service (if available) may be charged extra.
- Delivery timelines may be affected by traffic, weather, machine breakdowns, or other operational reasons.
7. Care & Liability
We take professional care of all garments. However, Easy Spin Laundry is not responsible for:
- Fabric shrinkage, color fading or wear due to normal washing
- Damage caused by poor fabric quality, old garments or hidden defects
Our maximum liability is limited to the service charge of the affected item only.
8. Claims & Complaints
- Any complaint must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Claims after this period will not be accepted
- We may inspect garments before approving any compensation
9. Customer Data & Privacy
All personal information is handled securely according to Easy Spin Laundry’s Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All logos, content, designs and brand material belong to Easy Spin Laundry and cannot be used without permission.
11. Changes to Terms
Easy Spin Laundry may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms apply immediately once published.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan.
