4. Communication Consent
By signing up, you consent to receive updates via SMS, calls, email, or notifications—even if your number is registered under DND.
5. Pricing & Offers
Prices may vary depending on the item and service. All offers are subject to change without notice. Minimum order value may apply.
6. Processing of Clothes
We clean all clothes with the best methods, but are not responsible for color bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to delicate fabrics. Stain removal is not guaranteed.
7. Delivery Timelines
- Wash & Fold / Wash & Iron: 8/24 hours
- Steam Iron: Around 4 hours
We are not responsible for items unclaimed after 3 days of scheduled delivery.
8. Refunds & Damage Claims
If your item is lost/damaged, we offer compensation as per our Cloth Protection Policy. Just reach out to our support team—we’re happy to help.
9. Cloth Protection Policy
We ensure the utmost care for your garments. In the rare event of loss or damage, Easy Spin Laundry offers compensation up to 10 times the value of the affected order, based on internal review and service history. Our goal is to provide you peace of mind every time you book with us.
10. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, power cuts, natural disasters).
11. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any legal matters will be handled by the courts in New Delhi, India.
