Easy Spin Partner Store - Terms & Conditions

Easy Spin connects customers with verified local laundry stores through its mobile app.
The Partner Store provides laundry, dry-cleaning, and ironing services to customers who place orders via the Easy Spin platform.
The Store operates as an independent business, not as an employee, agent, or representative of Easy Spin.

The Partner must provide accurate business details, identification, and updated service information.
Easy Spin reserves the right to verify documents and approve or reject listings at its discretion.
Partners must keep their price list, service menu, and operating hours up to date in the app.

Customers will place orders according to their convenience through the Easy Spin app, selecting pickup and delivery times as per their schedule and availability.
The Partner must confirm and complete each order within the committed turnaround time.
The Partner is responsible for maintaining service quality and garment care.
In case of damage or loss of any customer item, the Partner will be liable to pay 10 times the service charge of the affected item as compensation.

All prices displayed on the platform are determined and finalized solely by the respective partner store.
Easy Spin collects payments from customers and transfers the Partner’s share on a weekly basis, after deducting commission, taxes, and applicable adjustments.
Payment details, deductions, and commission rates will be shared during onboarding.

The Partner must maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and timely delivery standards.
Continuous poor performance, repeated complaints, or delays may result in penalties, suspension, or removal from the platform.

Partners may use Easy Spin branding materials (stickers, boards, uniforms, etc.) provided by the company.
The Partner must not misuse Easy Spin’s name, logo, or customer information in any way.

The Partner should not have any pending or unfulfilled orders at the time of requesting termination or deactivation.
Either party may terminate this partnership with 7 days’ written notice, provided all dues and orders are cleared.
Easy Spin reserves the right to immediately delist or terminate a Partner for fraud, misconduct, or violation of these terms.

All customer and company data shared by Easy Spin must remain confidential.
Such information cannot be shared with third parties or used for personal marketing.

All disputes or legal matters arising under these Terms & Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Udaipur, Rajasthan.

Easy Spin may modify or update these Terms & Conditions periodically. The latest version will be communicated to all Partners and will take effect immediately upon notice.
